Breakfast was great. They had a selection of breakfast food including waffles, sausages, apples, juices, yogurt, and many more. Our room was right next to the lobby door which is great since we didn't have to travel far to get to the elevator. Our view from our room was the pool. Looks very nice. We were able to visit their observatory room which was located on the 3 floor. Our girls loved it. The staff there was great. very communicated. the hotel is located right across from the ocean. highly recommend staying here if you're wanting an ocean view.

Love the location the most. So amazing to just be able to walk to the beach. I appreciate the big rooms. I really like how there are organized activities for the guests to do. Wish Bingo was more often. All the staff are so kind. Oh, and the water machine is a plus! Kids loved the pool, hot tubs, and robes. My daughter liked the mints, although I never got one! She also said she liked the “deck”- it was a good view. Oh and the beds were comfy.

I loved our stay at the Tamarack Hotel! The location was perfect. The staff was always friendly and greeted you every time. The parking area was very secure. You could smell the cleaning products and always saw staff keeping the place looking nice. I would definitely recommend this location because even the surroundings felt safe and perfect for families. The room itself was also very spacious.

The Tamarack is spotless. It is so clean. The staff is very professional. The location couldn't be better for accessing exercise and restaurants. We only used our car to go play golf. Even though Highway 1 runs by, it gets quiet at night, as long as the room fan is on. We loved our ocean view patio. Beautiful sunsets. Underground parking is easy. We've already booked next year!

They even have a supervised rec room (ping pong, etc.). If you're there with kids or looking to go to the beach, which is literally just across the street , this is your place.
